ISE PassiveID and pxGrid Troubleshooting

 1. Verify PassiveID connection

     1.1 check dashboard, the provider icon should be green

     1.2 check Reports >PassiveID Reports > PassiveID
           see ISE30-B is the server, don't see ISE30-A ??


2. query user mapping

user_map_query.pl --iu -u josephs
