update-manifests.sco.cisco.com is a Cisco-owned domain used by FMC  and other Cisco security products to download update manifests. These manifests tell the system what updates are available (such as intrusion rules, URL filtering databases, geolocation data, and vulnerability mappings) and where to fetch them.
